Returns and Replacements
What's your return policy?
Our aim is for you to be 100% satisfied with your room divider/room dividers. If for any reason you are not, you can return your room divider/room dividers for up to 14 days after delivery. You are responsible for the return and the delivery costs. If you would like us to arrange the return we can do so at a fee of £25.00 per room divider. We will use our special express, next day delivery service by sending you a return shipping label beforehand for you to attach to the outside of the packaging.
All room dividers must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition in order for you to receive a full refund.
What do I do if my room divider arrives damaged/defective?
We strive to ensure that your room divider/room dividers arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that this is not always the case. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please call or email us and we will arrange collection and replacements/refunds.
What do I do if my items are lost or have not arrived yet?
If your room divider/room dividers are lost, please contact us so that we can get your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
What do I do if I received the wrong room divider?
If you have received the wrong room divider/room dividers please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received anything, what now?

How much width can I expect to lose once my room divider is standing?
As a rough guideline you can expect to lose 10% of the width once your room divider/room dividers are standing.
Example: A 240cm wide room divider fully stretched will lose approx 24cm’s once fully assembled and standing.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK mainland and the Republic of Ireland. For all other areas and countries please contact us before ordering.
When can I expect delivery?
Once you have completed your order you can expect your room divider/room dividers to arrive within 3 to 5 business working days. Usually we deliver closer to 3 business working days.
What are my payment options?
You have the option to pay by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.
What courier company do you use to deliver your room dividers?
We have a number of courier companies that we use depending on location; however we mainly use DPD, FedEx and UPS.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
If you are planning on ordering a large number of room dividers, please contact us beforehand and we will do our best to offer you a great deal.
Do you have a showroom or shop?
No we do not have any showrooms or shops; we are an online only retailer. We ship all our room dividers directly from our warehouses. In order to keep our room divider selection large, our prices low and customer service exceptional we do not have a shop.
Do you offer a hire service for your room dividers?
We do not offer a hire service for our room dividers, all of our room dividers are for sale only.
