Shipping & Returns
As soon as you have ordered your item you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order. This means we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. Should your item be on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via e-mail.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five working days from the date of your order. The tracking information number will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you provided when checking out. If for some reason you have not received tracking information from us within six business days of your order being placed please contact us at: email@example.com
Please make sure you inspect the packaging of your item(s) as soon as it arrives, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you have any concerns about the packaging whatsoever, then please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED, if it is obviously damaged, refuse delivery. We will then replace it immediately.
Please note, if the order is damaged by the courier but not signed as such,we will be unable to replace it.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We must receive all returns within 14 days from the time you have received your item(s) in a resaleable condition in the original packaging. Refunds will only be authorised to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
