• The competitor must only have an online presence and not have any other retail location.
• The website cannot be an auction website (i.e.; eBay, e-buyer, etc...)
• The competitor has to be an authorized and licensed retailer for the product in question.
• The Price Match Guarantee is the item price and the delivery charge, however it does not include any type of sales tax.
